Job Summary
As a Sales Associate youll create the Upscale experience for every guest. From operating the register upselling stocking shelves and keeping the store looking the best youll play a big part in delivering the friendly and welcoming experience our guests count on every day.
What Youll do as a Sales Associate:
- Provide an upscale experience for every customer by using engaging language like Welcome to Mega Saver and Absolutely
- Actively promote Mega Savers Loyalty Card and App to every customer.
- Engage and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling.
- Accurately handle multiple forms of payment including cash credit/debit and other accepted tenders
- Follow all guidelines related to restricted sales (alcohol tobacco lottery) in accordance with state and federal law
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor checkout area outside lot trash and restrooms
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves conducting stock counts and managing product replenishment.
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to cross train

- Comfortable standing walking bending and lifting throughout shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed
