Salary: R55 000 R70 000 ( Depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly analytical and solutions-driven professional with experience in process optimisation BIM environments and systems implementation.
Requirements:
5 8 years experience in Process Optimisation
Experience working with Autodesk systems
Experience with BIM 360 advantageous
Previous experience as a Project Data Manager Architectural Technician or within BIM Training highly advantageous
BEng Industrial Engineering qualification required
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse current business processes and identify inefficiencies gaps and operational risks
Design document and implement standardised workflows and processes across divisions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance
Work across departments to align business processes and operational standards
Support the implementation and optimisation of systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud
Develop dashboards reporting tools and tracking systems to support data-driven decision-making
Drive adoption of new systems and procedures including managing rollout processes and change management initiatives
