Are you a native-level Norwegian speaker looking to launch your career in one of
Europes most vibrant coastal capitals We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service
Specialist to join our technical support team in Lisbon. This role is perfect for
professionals who value a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule and want to work in a
high-tech environment supporting global search engine services. You will be the
primary point of contact for our Nordic users providing exceptional technical
guidance and ensuring a seamless digital experience.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or technical support role.
Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Norwegian and professional fluency in English (B2).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with search engine ecosystems.
Valid EU Passport/Citizenship or existing Portuguese work permit.
