Job Summary

Main duties:
- Maintain and update compliance manuals and checklists per regulatory and Group requirements
- Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of compliance diaries
- Execute tasks arising from multiple compliance monitoring programmes
- Support employees with regulatory compliance and AML/CFT queries
- Prepare compliance reports for Boards and Compliance Committees
- Address regulatory issues and interpret applicable legislation and regulations
- Assist the MLRO with AML/CFT matters and ad hoc requirements
- Help the MLRO complete the Annual Compliance Report for the FIAU
- Support employees on Data Protection and GDPR requirements
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR obligations
- Promote a strong organizational compliance culture aligned with regulations
- Support management with external compliance services provided to clients
What skills do you need
- Degree in Law or a related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar compliance role within financial services
- Ideally holds a professional qualification in compliance finance or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of applicable legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Proactive and flexible approach with a strong can-do attitude
- Strong team player self-motivated and adaptable
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
