Position Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality receptionist and administrative support including liaising with the outsourced payroll provider and undertaking confidential administrative tasks as required by the General Manager and Deputy General Manager in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Tulgeens organisational values.
The role also supports service area managers by maintaining client databases including the preparation of service agreements.

Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in an administrative corporate services or business support role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and competing priorities with strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience providing high-level administrative support including meeting coordination and preparation of documentation and reports for senior management
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office applications organisational business systems and accurate data entry and record management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality professionalism and compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Desirable skills or experience
- Experience working within the disability community services health or non-for-profit sector
- Experience providing administrative support in payroll processes and liaising with payroll providers
- Experience using payroll accounting or workforce management systems
- Knowledge or understanding of the NDIS environment and related administrative processes
- Understanding of workplace compliance privacy and confidentiality requirements
