The Role (not limited to)
- Reception duties including greeting visitors and answering/directing phone callswhenrequired
- Assisting with tasks related to document updates such as formatting documents researching to pull together documents and supporting with the development of internal resources
- Overseeing email inboxes and responding or delegating appropriately
- Assistingin the arrangement of team meetings including scheduling sending calendar invites preparing agendas and utilising digital collaboration tools

About You
Youre a highly organised and approachable professional with a passion for providing excellent administrative support. With at least two years experience in a similar role youre confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality. You bring strong communication skills a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a busy team-oriented environment.
Desirable Selection Criteria
- Minimum of Cert IV in Business or Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
Candidates will also have:
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of Australian Working Rights
- Current Drivers license
