If youre ready to bring energy creativity and reliability to a role that really matters we want to hear from you!The Administration and Project Support Officer will perform duties to support the day to day function of the PHCC Hotham-Williams Office (Boddington) and the PHCC Head Office (Mandurah) providing a mix of project administrative and communications support. Key areas of responsibility are:The first point of contact at Boddington office welcoming visitors and managing enquiriesProviding project support and assistance including data entry logistics and correspondenceMaintaining internal systems and registers (assets training WHS equipment I.T.)Scheduling meetings and assisting with the coordination of events site visits workshops and steering committees (including venue hire catering rsvps evaluations & similar.)Setting up and pack-up for meetings functions and events at various venuesFormatting documents reports invitations and other communicationsPreparing and distributing newsletters community updates and social media contentMaintaining stock and office consumables and supplies file systems (electronic and physical) including historical files register for Hotham Williams officeAssisting with survey development communications and graphic design tasksCoordinating travel arrangements accommodation meeting schedules and venuesSupporting finance tasks such as credit card reconciliation quotes and purchase ordersAny other duties as requiredWhat were looking forMinimum 5 years experience in administration or project support rolesHigh level communication and interpersonal skills including ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent organisational skills that demonstrate confidence in managing multiple tasks with initiative and ability to prioritise workloadsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environmentWhats on offer Part- or full-time position (5 days across 30-38 hours negotiable)Contract to 1 August 2028Commencing at $65931 depending on skills and experience (excluding superannuation and phone allowance)3 wellbeing days in addition to other leave entitlements (pro-rata)How to ApplyIf this sounds like the opportunity youve been looking for wed love to hear from you.
