Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment in KwaZulu-Natal.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant performance ensuring production efficiency quality standards and operational excellence across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations and production output
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and food/beverage manufacturing standards
- Manage production teams shift performance and workforce planning
- Drive operational efficiency cost control and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance production planning and supply chain alignment
- Monitor KPIs and provide operational performance reporting
- Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
Requirements
- Proven experience in beverage manufacturing or FMCG production environment
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering Operations Manufacturing or related field preferred
- Strong background in plant/production/operations management
- Experience managing full manufacturing operations end-to-end
- Leadership experience managing teams in a production environment
- Strong understanding of quality safety and compliance standards
