Team Lead, Global Fund Oversight

Job Summary
The Fund Oversight Team Lead is responsible for managing the oversight of thirdparty service fund administrators/NAV Agents and lead a team responsible for ensuring accurate fund accounting strong controls and transparency across our retail investment products.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the team based in Manila providing oversight of fund administrators NAV Agents/custodians
Review and challenge NAV calculations financial statements reconciliations and key fund deliverables
Ensure compliance with fund governing documents and regulatory requirements
Manage mentor and develop a team of Fund Oversight professionalsAct as escalation point for operational issues errors and breaches
Responsible for staff resourcing and capacity management
Support audits regulatory reviews and internal governance reporting
Drive continuous improvement in oversight processes and controls
Represent the team in various strategic initiatives involving multiple local and onshore stakeholders
Use appropriate judgment in dealing with issues and requests demonstrating an ability to effectively prioritize work balance resource requirements and determine solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration Finance Economics or any related course
CPA CISI certification is preferred.
At least 5-7 years relevant professional experience in Fund Accounting and/or Investment OperationsAt least 2-3 years in supervisory role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite Outlook and Teams
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) in English
Strong Attention to Detail
Analytical research and problem-solving skills
Solid interpersonal skills to interact with establish relationships with the Business Units and direct reports (coaching and mentoring)
Makes decisions in the absence of rules and /or in complex situations
Sound organizational and time management skills with the ability to be flexible to changing environments
Ability to work independently and willing to collaborate with other team members
