Services Account ManagerSupport:
Is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention through personalized service.


Your role:

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and personalized service.

  • Assists in the execution of strategic and tactical sales plans designed to exceed financial targets with a focus on Multivendor Agreements Warranty Conversions and Contract Renewals.

  • Works meticulously under direct supervision and established processes ensuring adherence to operational policies to maintain consistency and high standards of work output.

  • Provides comprehensive transactional and administrative support related to in-scope processes ensuring tasks are completed efficiently accurately and within established timelines.


Youre the right fit if:

  • You have a High School Diploma Vocational Education or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or equivalent.

  • You have 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management Sales and Business Development Service Delivery Management or equivalent

  • Strong customer orientation with a clear sense of urgency to understand and address client needs.

  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.

  • Comfortable engaging in sales-related activities

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.


This is an office role.
