Serving 20573 annually and providing 1856 units of supportive housing last year LOFT is one of Ontarios largest mental health service providers of its kind. • Assist with organizing cleaning up and maintaining files to ensure consistent and accessible document storage
• Schedule coordinate and support meetings including booking rooms and managing calendars
• Take meeting notes and assist with followup actions as needed
• Support project managers with a variety of projectrelated administrative and coordination tasks
• Develop and maintain basic tools such as Excel spreadsheets trackers or simple online forms
• Conduct projectrelated research and summarize findings for the project team
• Collect compile and organize information and data required for ongoing projects
• Provide general administrative and project support as needed

• Must be a youth ages between 15 to 30 years of age and eligible to participate in the Canada Summer Jobs program.
• Be a Canadian Citizen permanent resident or someone to whom Refugee Status has been granted/conferred.
• Have a valid SIN
• Must be comfortable working from home with the ability to attend in person meetings in the Toronto area.
