Sr IFM Manager (Integrated Facility Management)

If you have strong experience in running major service contracts and you stand out as a great communicator with partners then this might be a great opportunity for you!

• Main contact person to our external IFM partner take full accountability for high performance of service delivery as catering cleaning landscaping pest control reception/helpdesk mail room and waste handling.
• Conduct Performance assessment of external IFM partner under global contract framework KPI scoring monthly audits.
• Collect feedback from end-users main partners and secure high performance.
• Understand encouraged services level Vs. actual deliveries. Address services provider for corrections and improvement
• Cooperate with IFM partner to develop SOPs to deliver the service with consistency of performance and quality.
• Secure high end-user happiness through surveys exit pools etc.
• Budgeting payment application (POs) expenses approval change order approval.
• Close cooperation and communication with global IFM team: Input the local status customer concern for help when required.
• Ensure company policies and compliance requirement will apply to IFM area for example: CoC hygiene safety ISO.
• Drive continuous improvement in the IFM area apply standard processes in the industry or share knowledge across LEGO factories.
• Prepare and provide soft service IFM scope to new buildings.

Are you up for the challenge

• Experience within IFM Soft Service Business.
• Experience and knowledge from the Catering and Cleaning business.
• Experience handling an external facility service partner both operationally and performance preferably an IFM (Integrated Facility Management) provider.
• Significant exposure to a facility management function in a large international organization.
• A good understanding of outsourced facility management processes.
