Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) Pre-School Room

This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and motivated qualified nursery practitioner to join a busy Pre-School room. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences while supporting children during an important stage of their development.
The role will also involve taking a lead within the room helping to create a positive nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
The nursery proudly holds a Good Ofsted rating and is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and early years education.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification
Previous nursery or early years experience
Confidence supporting and leading within a room
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Warm caring and enthusiastic approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children within the pre-school room
Support the day-to-day running of the room and assist in leading the team
Create a safe stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Observe assess and monitor childrens progress and development
Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers
Support childrens emotional wellbeing and individual learning needs
Ensure safeguarding health safety and nursery policies are followed at all times
Encourage childrens independence confidence and social development
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across the nursery
