Nursery life is wonderfully unpredictable and we are looking for practitioners who thrive in that environmentpeople who celebrate the little victories whether that is a child finally putting their own coat on or a messy sensory session that ends in fits of giggles.

We are proud to be teaming up with a lovely variety of nurseries right across Catford and the SE6 area. They need dependable cheerful Early Years Practitioners and Assistants to join their daily routines on a flexible supply basis.

We need friendly proactive staff who dont wait to be asked to help out. We are currently taking on professionals through two different routes:

1. Qualified Practitioners (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You have a full relevant Early Years qualification (like an NVQ CACHE NNEB or Level 3 Early Years Educator).
  

• (Please note: We cannot accept Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certificates for these specific nursery ratio roles).
  

2. Experienced Unqualified Assistants:

• You might not have a formal childcare diploma on your wall just yet but you have solid recent experience working in a nursery. If you understand how a busy room runs and love being part of it we want to hear from you.
  

What you must bring to the table:

• A Great Vibe: A caring nature real reliability and the willingness to just get stuck in with the kids and the core team.
  

• First Aid Knowledge: A Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is ideal. If you havent got one yet you just need to be happy to complete the training to ensure the children stay safe under our watch.
  

• Weekly Pay You Can Count On: Earn between 12.75 and 14.50 an hour and watch it land safely in your bank account every single Friday.
  

• Stay Local to SE6: We know the commute can be exhausting. Thats why we actively match you with fantastic nurseries right on your doorstep in Catford and the nearby neighborhoods.
