We are teaming up with vibrant highly-rated nurseries across Eltham and the Royal Borough of Greenwich and we are on the hunt for energetic dedicated Early Years Practitioners and Experienced Assistants to supercharge our supply team.

1. The Qualified Pros (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (such as a CACHE NVQ NNEB or Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma).
  

• (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet the statutory nursery ratio requirements for this specific tier).
  

2. The Experienced Unqualified Heroes:

• You might not have the official paperwork in hand just yet but your practical experience and natural vibrant flair for childcare are undeniable! If you have recent verifiable professional experience in a nursery and love getting stuck in we want to hear from you.
  

What You Must Bring to the Floor:

• The Spark: A relentless passion for early childhood bulletproof reliability and the sheer enthusiasm to tackle every daily routine with a positive uplifting mindset.
  

• The Safety Shield: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not currently have one you must be fully committed to completing the training to keep our nursery spaces incredibly safe.
