It takes a special kind of energy to keep up with a busy nursery room. We are looking for the kind of practitioner who doesnt just watch from the sidelines but gets right down on the carpet to build paint and guide children through their day.

Right now we are working closely with some wonderful local nurseries across Abbey Wood and the Greenwich borough. They need extra hands they can actually rely onpassionate Early Years Practitioners and Assistants who bring a positive spark to the room from the minute they walk in.

We are actively searching for energetic educators who naturally take the initiative and love being completely immersed in the daily routine. We are welcoming applications across two specific pathways:

1. The Qualified Experts (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE NVQ NNEB or a Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma).
  

• (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certifications do not fulfill the statutory nursery ratio requirements for this specific tier).
  

2. The Experienced & Driven Unqualified Staff:

• You may not possess the formal paperwork but your extensive hands-on experience and vibrant flair for childcare are undeniable! If you have recent verifiable professional experience in a nursery and a wonderfully proactive attitude we want to hear from you.

• The Safeguarding Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable. If you do not have one you must be fully committed to undertaking the training to ensure our nursery environments remain incredibly safe.
