Requirements
The Go-Getters We Are Looking For:

We are searching for enthusiastic educators who dont wait to be told what to dothey see where they are needed and jump right in. We are warmly welcoming candidates across two specific routes:

1. The Certified Innovators (Level 2 & Level 3):

  • You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE NVQ NNEB or a Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma).

  • (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certifications do not meet the statutory nursery ratio requirements for this specific tier).

2. The Experienced Motivators (Unqualified):

  • You may not have the formal early years certificate on paper but your hands-on experience and infectious enthusiasm for childcare speak for themselves! If you have recent verifiable professional experience in a nursery and a highly proactive approach we want you on our team.

What You Must Bring to the Room:

  • The Initiative: You must possess a genuine uplifting passion for early childhood steadfast reliability and the drive to actively elevate the daily routine without hesitation.

  • The Safety Standard: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not currently hold one you must be entirely willing to undergo the training to help us maintain incredibly safe environments.

We have roles across two tiers: The Qualified Tier (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a Full & Relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator NNEB). Please note: Due to government ratio regulations Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications do not meet the criteria for Qualified Practitioner rates. Compliance (The 2025 Standard): Safety first! To be counted in nursery ratios you must hold a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate.
