Job Summary
A growing digitalfirst organisation is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take full accountability for the execution and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers thrives on optimisation and takes ownership of outcomes from strategy through to reporting.
What Youll Be Doing
Owning the setup management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Monitoring and improving performance metrics such as engagement acquisition costs and return on ad spend
Managing and pacing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and impact
Testing and refining ads messaging and landing pages to improve conversion outcomes
Analysing campaign results and translating data into practical insights and recommendations
Producing concise meaningful performance reports for internal stakeholders
Working closely with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and messaging goals
Keeping up to date with platform changes new features and digital advertising best practices
What Youll Bring
25 years experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
Strong handson capability across major paid platforms (search social and professional networks)
Solid experience working with analytics and tracking tools to measure performance accurately
A clear understanding of conversion tracking attribution and performance measurement
Highly organised detailfocused and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends spot inefficiencies and drive improvements
