Were searching for a proper L&D specialist — not a generalist HR Manager not a facilitator-only profile and not someone focused purely on e-learning content.

This role is for someone who can own and execute the full Learning & Development portfolio in a fast-paced corporate technology environment.

Youll need strong experience in:

  • Full L&D lifecycle delivery
  • WSP / ATR / SETA submissions
  • Skills development compliance
  • Learning ROI and impact measurement
  • Leadership development and succession readiness
  • LMS / HRIS / learning data reporting
  • Digital learning and blended learning
  • Practical AI-enabled learning tools
  • Capability mapping and workforce development

The ideal person has worked in a corporate technology iGaming financial services telecoms SaaS consulting professional services or similarly complex environment and can show examples beyond basic onboarding call-centre training or telephone etiquette.

This is a hands-on high-accountability role for someone who can design implement track measure and improve learning that genuinely supports business performance.

Durban-based or genuinely willing to relocate

Full-time onsite

R55k R85k neg basic per month
