Job Summary
Design how One looks feels and works. You will shape the brand and the product. Website marketing dashboards developer tools. The work people see and the work people use. The bar is high. The work is visible.
You will:
- Own and evolve Ones visual identity across every surface.
- Design landing pages decks social ads events and product marketing.
- Design interfaces for web apps dashboards and developer tools.
- Take messy technical workflows and make them feel inevitable.
- Build systems that keep brand and product consistent as we scale.
- Move from sketch to prototype to ship fast.
- Work side by side with engineers so the final product matches the intent.
You should have:
- A portfolio that speaks for itself across brand and product.
- Mastery of typography layout color and composition.
- A deep sense for usability accessibility and craft.
- Fluency in Figma and modern design practice.
- The ability to simplify ruthlessly.
- Strong taste and stronger opinions.
Bonus:
- Motion illustration or 3D in your toolkit.
- Experience designing for AI cloud data or developer products.
- You can read a bit of frontend code.
