Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation
Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive monthly content strategies and calendars for our diverse portfolio of brands.
Campaign Conceptualization: Generate highly engaging concepts for social media posts vertical video content (Instagram Reels TikToks) and overarching digital campaigns.
Brand Positioning: Ensure all external communications maintain a highly premium cohesive and sophisticated brand voice.
Execution & Collaboration
Brief Development: Write crystal-clear structured creative briefs for graphic designers and video editors to guide production seamlessly.
Team Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing and performance teams to align creative outputs with data-driven results.
Trend Adaptation: Stay ahead of fast-moving digital trends cultural moments and platform algorithms to pivot strategy in real-time.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree from a reputable university (BFA Marketing Communications or related fields). A strong academic track record (CGPA) is highly preferred.
Experience: 23 years of minimum experience working with well-known companies or agency environments. Experience with Real Estate Construction or Luxury/Lifestyle brands is a massive plus.
Languages: Complete fluency in both English and Urdu with exceptional communication skills.
