Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
* Drive digital growth across Kerala E-commerce Q-commerce and export markets.
* Manage brand presence across Instagram Facebook YouTube and LinkedIn.
* Develop content calendars and coordinate social media campaigns.
* Monitor social media engagement audience growth and brand visibility.
* Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Google and YouTube platforms.
* Track campaign performance conversions and ROAS to improve ROI.
* Handle brand visibility and promotional activities across E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.
* Monitor product listings search visibility and platform performance.
* Oversee website updates campaign integration and user experience.
* Track website traffic analytics and digital performance metrics.
* Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
* Analyze digital KPIs including engagement conversions and online sales contribution.
* Prepare performance reports and provide insights for business improvement.
* Coordinate with digital agencies and internal teams for effective campaign execution.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns.
