Job Summary
As a Senior Change Management PM in our org focuses on orchestrating clarity readiness and adoption across complex initiatives by aligning stakeholders shaping executive ready communications and translating strategy into actionable change plans. Their day involves reviewing adoption signals and risks partnering with HR product and comms teams to align on timing and messaging guiding leaders with decision ready insights and continuously course correcting based on feedback and metrics. The role emphasizes precision over volume-ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time-while acting as a trusted advisor who integrates strategy execution and people impact to drive sustained adoption.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Business or Program Management with demonstrated experience leading enterprise scale change initiatives where adoption readiness and sustained behavior change are critical to success. They have owned or co owned end to end change management strategies including stakeholder analysis communication and enablement planning readiness assets champion models and adoption measurement while partnering closely with HR product and communications teams.
This role requires fluency in agentic AI and Copilot based tools with the ability to use AI to scale change execution-such as generating insights from adoption data and feedback personalizing communications accelerating content creation and automating elements of readiness and reinforcement. Successful candidates are comfortable operating in ambiguous cross functional environments influencing without authority and advising senior leaders with clear data driven recommendations. Experience with structured change frameworks and a proven track record of driving and sustaining adoption not just launching change is essential.

1. Proven change management expertise in leading complex transitions aligning stakeholders and ensuring sustained adoption. PROSCI Certified Preferred (4 years)
2. Strong program management skills driving clarity alignment and execution across complex cross functional initiatives. PMP Preferred (4 years)
3. Expert in analyzing complex data and translating insights into clear crafting clear and compelling presentations and communications regularly presenting to senior leadership.
