Job Summary

As a member of the Communication team the Communication Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering internal communication initiatives across the organization. The role combines communication strategy content creation video production graphic design.

This is a temporary mission of 12 weeks (for remplacement) in Brussels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal communication activities including drafting reviewing and publishing articles on the Intranet
  • Create and execute communication plans
  • Coordinate with other entities communication teams to replicate and adapt content on their intranet pages
  • Record videos content such as interviews and internal messages
  • Edit and produce videos endtoend ensuring quality and brand consistency
  • Create edit and design visual assets and graphic materials for internal communications
  • Refresh visual content to enhance engagement
  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites
  • Design and implement new site structures
  • Propose improvements to refresh the look structure and usability of SharePoint sites and some Intranet pages
  • Act as a point of contact and liaise with different teams and entities across the organisation

Technical skills:

  • Strong experience in internal communication
  • Video recording and editing skills
  • Graphic design and visual communication skills
  • Experience with digital workplace tools (SharePoint Intranet)
  • Ability to structure and improve SharePoint sites and Intranet pages

  • Synthesia
  • Canva
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Online image libraries (Unsplash Pexels etc.)

Profile:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication Marketing Multimedia Digital Media or a related field
  • Proven experience in internal communication and project management
  • Strong organisational and stakeholdermanagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and entities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English is required
