Job Summary
Context
Our client is currently in the midst of a large-scale ERP transformation program. To successfully guide the implementation phase we are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Team Lead who will take ownership of a specific business process domain steering its associated projects support activities and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
The Role
As Project Manager / Team Lead you will combine project management governance and people leadership. You will safeguard the progress and quality of delivery facilitate strong collaboration with the business and coach your team in their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Monitor planning scope priorities and delivery timelines.
Governance: Organize and lead governance meetings and alignment sessions.
Leadership: Manage guide and coach team members.
Implementation Support: Support testing master data management training and hypercare phases.
Continuous Improvement: Facilitate knowledge sharing and drive continuous process improvement.
Reporting: Report transparently on progress risks and project dependencies.
Profile Requirements
Experience: Proven track record as a project manager within ERP implementations or large-scale digital transformation programs.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with experience in stakeholder management and team coaching.
Mindset: A hands-on mentality focused on ownership and delivering results.
Tech & Business Savvy: A strong affinity for IT combined with a genuine interest in business processes and digital transformation.
Capability: Ability to bring structure to complex fast-moving environments.
Asset: Experience working within a project-driven industry is a major plus.
