Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of financial systems in an international business environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects coordinating business analysis activities and ensuring the successful deployment of financial processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial systems implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Coordinate business analysis activities and gather stakeholder requirements.
• Manage project scope budget timelines risks and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams business stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting.
• Ensure successful integration of financial processes and systems across multiple countries.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and financial systems implementations.
• Experience in Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365 Azure and Power BI.
• Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Affinity with and practical experience in applying AI solutions.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps).
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience working in multinational and multilingual environments.
