Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a large-scale organizational and digital transformation initiative involving the consolidation of multiple operational entities into a unified structure. The role requires strong program governance stakeholder management and transformation leadership to ensure successful implementation within a fixed timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the overall program roadmap milestones and implementation plan.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business operational and IT teams.
  • Prioritize activities and manage dependencies between systems processes and stakeholders.
  • Identify assess and mitigate program risks including resource constraints delays and operational impacts.
  • Establish governance structures reporting frameworks and executive-level progress updates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to support decision-making and implementation.
  • Drive change management and organizational transformation activities.
  • Monitor project delivery ensuring objectives timelines and quality standards are achieved.
  • Support the modernization and integration of digital services applications and operational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in:

  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide solutions used by large user communities.
  • Experience with citizen-facing digital platforms portals or web applications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience within public-sector or government environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments and organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Product Owner Certification.
  • PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational mergers transformation programs CRM ERP or enterprise platform implementations.
