RoleOverview
WerelookingforanAccountLiveStreamingManagerwhowillown client relationships end-to-end while driving livestream performance. This role combines strategic account management livestream execution and performance optimization to help clients achieve their business goals.
KeyResponsibilities
- Actasthemainpointofcontactforclientsmanagingrelationshipsandexpectations
- Understandclientgoalsandtranslatethemintoeffectivelivestreamstrategies
- Providestrategicrecommendationstoimprovesalesengagementandoverallperformance
- Planandexecutelivestreamsessions(rundownproductselectionpromotions)
- Ensuresmoothday-to-daylivestreamoperationsincludinglong-durationsessions
- Monitorperformanceanddeliveractionableweekly/monthlyinsightstoclients
- Collaboratewithinternalteamsandleadlivestreamcrewwhenneeded
Requirements
- 35yearsofexperienceinaccountmanagementlivestreamingore-commerce
- Provenexperiencehandlingclientsandmanagingmultipleaccounts
- Strongoperationalknowledgeoflivestreaming(includingOBS&SellerCenter)
- GoodcommunicationskillsinBahasaIndonesiaandbasicEnglish
- Disciplinedreliableandabletohandleintensivelivestreamschedules
- Analyticalmindsetwithexperienceinreportingandperformancetracking
- Provenabilitytomanageteammembersandhandledynamicsituations
