Construction Manager (Mining Facilities)

1. Lead all site construction activities for accommodation buildings dining facilities offices clinics recreational areas warehouses roads drainage utilities and related infrastructure.
   
2. Develop and implement the construction execution plan site mobilisation plan work methods manpower plan equipment plan and construction sequence.
   
3. Manage main contractors subcontractors supervisors and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely efficiently and according to approved drawings and specifications.
   
4. Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and implement recovery plans where delays or productivity issues are identified.
   
5. Coordinate with Engineering Procurement Planning Quality HSE Commissioning and Project Controls teams to resolve technical and execution issues.
   
6. Ensure all construction activities comply with project HSE requirements Indonesian regulations client procedures and approved method statements.
   
7. Review constructability construction drawings material availability work permits inspection requirements and site readiness before work begins.
   
8. Control construction quality by coordinating inspections testing punch-list close-out defect correction and final acceptance with the Quality team.
   
9. Prepare daily weekly and monthly construction reports covering progress manpower equipment safety quality risks and contractor performance.
   
10. Manage mechanical completion pre-commissioning support handover documentation as-built records and final turnover of completed facilities.
    

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
   
2. Minimum 12 years of construction experience including at least 5 years in a Construction Manager or senior site leadership position.
   
3. Proven experience delivering accommodation camps residential buildings utilities infrastructure or industrial facilities for mining EPC oil and gas or major construction projects.
   
4. Strong knowledge of construction planning contractor management HSE quality control contract administration and Indonesian construction practices.
   
5. Indonesian citizen with good Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills medically fit and willing to work at the Pomalaa project site on the required roster.
