People Administrator
Job Summary
About the Role
Were looking for a highly organised and customer focused People Administrator to join our Advice & Service Delivery team on a 3-month contract
As the first point of contact youll play a key role in delivering responsive accurate and high-quality HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Youll manage enquiries through our People Hotline and inbox support onboarding processes and ensure our people systems and records are maintained with accuracy and care.

What Youll Be Doing
- Managing the People Hotline and shared enquiries inbox providing timely and accurate HR advice
- Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Preparing employment documentation letters and general correspondence
- Coordinating background checks and maintaining compliance records (including visa documentation)
- Maintaining employee records and managing HR filing systems
- Supporting cyclical HR processes
- Escalating complex or sensitive matters to the broader Advice & Service Delivery team

- Previous administration experience (HR experience highly regarded)
