Job Summary:
HUB24 is looking for a Platform Administrator to join our growing Operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.At HUB24 were passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for advisers and their clients. As a Platform Administrator youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our platform ensuring transactions are processed accurately enquiries are resolved efficiently and our customers receive outstanding service.
Youll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including financial advisers dealer groups and service providers helping to deliver a seamless experience that supports long-term client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:
What youll be doing
- Processing a wide range of client transactions including contributions withdrawals transfers pension payments and account closures
- Maintaining and updating client records across superannuation and investment accounts
- Supporting fee processing savings plans and adviser maintenance activities
- Responding to adviser and client enquiries providing timely and accurate information
- Preparing client and adviser communications correspondence and reporting
- Liaising with internal teams and external service providers to resolve queries and ensure quality service delivery
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders through consistent and professional communication
- Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements risk controls and internal procedures
- Maintaining accurate records documentation and file notes
Requirements:
What were looking for
- Previous experience in financial services wealth management platform administration or a similar operations role
- Understanding of financial products investment platforms and/or the financial planning industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance Business or a related discipline (desirable)
