Assistant Information Technology Manager (Digital Experience Services) ()

Our mission is to enhance application systems and IT infrastructure to boost productivity and streamline business processes while fundamentally transforming users online and mobile experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the website design and development effort of ITO;
- Liaise engage lead and manage end-users for website development initiation requirements collection mockup confirmation work acceptance and deployment;
- Develop components for website construction using Adobe Experience Manager;
- Liaise engage lead and manage contractors in website development SEO testing deployment and analytics;
- Support in the preparation of the annual performance report weekly progress update and project issue resolution;
- Develop the skills of the Digital Experience Services Team members through external and partner training;
- Identify the interests and skill levels of junior members to propose relevant training to them;
- Support senior staff in operational decision making through the provision of facts and analytics; and
- Perform ad hoc assignments and responsibilities requested by supervisor.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in information technology computer science or related disciplines;
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI development informational website development and e-commerce website development;
- Working knowledge of a content management system (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager WordPress Joomla Drupal) is highly desirable;
- Hands-on experience with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript is highly preferred;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage; and
- Must be a self-starter and able to work under pressure.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
