Job Responsibilities:

• Manage IT demand intake prioritisation and portfolio roadmap across PHKL/PGHK technology initiatives.

• Coordinate related initiatives dependencies milestones risks and issues to deliver business outcomes.

• Support Scrum Master and Agile PM assignment based on complexity priority and delivery approach.

• Maintain delivery practices templates tools and reporting standards for Agile waterfall and hybrid initiatives.

• Track conformance checkpoints evidence exceptions and delivery quality across initiatives.

• Provide executive portfolio reporting insights risks capacity constraints and decision points.

• Coordinate stakeholders vendors Product Owners IT leads and specialist teams to resolve delivery issues.
