In this role you will be working as a Permit Coordinator for a client that works in the commercial construction industry. This position will be responsible for working with permitting offices and internal staff to ensure permits are submitted in a timely fashion.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role is a remote opportunity.

2 years of experience
Experience in the construction industry
Able to read construction plans
Reponsible for working with permitting office
Able to fill out permit applications submit plans to building departments and acquire building permits for projects
Track plan review comments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
