Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our services and products to clients
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
