What Youll Do
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts - processing orders managing schedules and making sure deliveries hit on time
- Proactively track order activity and inventory levels flagging potential issues before they become problems
- Facilitate quotes and pricing requests
- Generate reports and share data directly with customers
- Handle outside purchases for materials and services tied to customer projects
- Support quality issue resolution by gathering information and coordinating with the quality team
- Serve as the connector between customers sales credit and collections
What We Need From You
- Solid experience in customer service order management or account coordination - manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong data entry skills with sharp attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication in English - youre the first point of contact
- Must be fully cleared prior to start - background check required before interviews are scheduled
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with ERP or order management systems such as AS/400 JD Edwards Salesforce Amtech or EDI platforms
- 1 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production-related industry
- Associate or bachelors degree
