Responsibilities Include:
- Lead motivate and develop a successful sales team
- Desk deals and assist sales consultants throughout the sales process
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve dealership goals
- Work closely with finance and inventory management teams
- Maintain strong knowledge of Kia products market trends and dealership programs
- Help recruit train and mentor sales staff
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to close deals and drive profitability
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid drivers license required
