This full-time on-site position presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our culinary team and ensure the highest standards of food quality and kitchen operations.

As the Kitchen Manager you will oversee all kitchen activities from menu planning and inventory management to staff training and food safety compliance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to delivering fresh high-quality meals while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Your leadership will drive our passion for exceptional culinary experiences directly contributing to the overall success of NextGen Hospitality Solutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60000 - $70000 annually along with benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff management
• Plan and develop seasonal menus in alignment with company standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory and control food costs effectively
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure quality service
• Monitor kitchen performance and quality standards
• Implement new cooking techniques and presentation styles

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar culinary leadership role
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and management
