Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Train mentor and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Implement effective strategies to increase revenue and manage costs
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Develop and manage schedules to optimize labor efficiency
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager preferably in a casual dining setting
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
