You will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations while acting as a cultural ambassadordriving employee engagement facilitating communication and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and transitions
Drive and manage performance review cycles ensuring fairness structure and timely execution
Oversee HR operations including documentation policy implementation and compliance
Administer employee benefits programs and act as a point of contact for related queries
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives events and internal activities
Confidently lead team meetups town halls and internal communication sessions
Act as a culture championpromoting company values and fostering a positive work environment
Partner with leadership and teams to address employee concerns and improve workplace experience
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee satisfaction
Requirements:
3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations or a similar role
Strong understanding of core HR functions including onboarding offboarding performance management and benefits administration
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and approachable personality
Proven ability to engage influence and build relationships across teams
Highly proactive organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable leading discussions events and team interactions
A natural advocate of culture and values with the ability to inspire and energize teams
