The Role:

Insights Driven Research (IDR) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship presents an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications within the field of market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Culture:
Plan and execute various employee engagement events team-building activities and social initiatives to boost morale and a sense of belonging.

Employer Branding:
Maintain a strong HR presence on various social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn Facebook) to showcase company culture and attract top talent.

Talent Acquisition:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination ensuring a positive candidate experience

Onboarding:
Manage and enhance the new employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed valued and connected from day one.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
01 years of relevant work experience.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to engage effectively with professionals across industries.
Other necessary skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word.
Interest in learning about new industries and best practices.
A team player with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence capable of building positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
