- Assist the HSE & Training Manager in implementing site-wide Health Safety Environment & Sustainability (HSE&S) programs.
- Support the development of a proactive safety culture through training risk management compliance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate HSE standards local regulations and sustainability requirements.
- Conduct HSE induction and awareness training for employees contractors and visitors.
- Participate in and lead risk assessments PSSR MOC and hazard identification activities.
- Deliver HSE training programs and validate employee competency.
- Monitor and report HSE performance indicators objectives and compliance requirements.
- Conduct workplace inspections behavioral observations and safety audits.
- Support environmental monitoring activities including emissions effluent air quality noise and industrial hygiene assessments.
- Coordinate HSE data collection verification and reporting.
- Support implementation of sustainability initiatives and waste management programs.
- Promote Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) and safety culture improvement programs.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 35 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or multinational company environment.
- Experience in safety training risk assessments audits and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of process safety management and environmental management systems is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Industrial Safety or a related field.
- Professional certifications in HSE ISO 14001 ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 NEBOSH IOSH or equivalent will be an advantage.
