Job Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Manage key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Assess customer needs and deliver tailored telecommunication solutions and services.
- Prepare quotations proposals and contracts while negotiating business agreements effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including technical operations and finance—to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Consistently achieve sales targets revenue goals and broader business objectives.
- Conduct regular client visits meetings and business presentations to strengthen engagement.
- Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing Telecommunications Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in account management sales or business development within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom products network services ICT solutions AI and telecommunication infrastructure.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively; prior experience with major accounts such as state-owned enterprises is highly valued.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
