Job Title -Oracle EBS Rollout Project Lead

Experience - 8- 15 Years

Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirement:-

Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS rollout projects across multiple business units/geographies. This role combines project management and hands-on coordination to ensure timely high-quality deployments aligned with global templates.

Key Responsibilities:-

Oracle EBS Rollout Project Lead (PM Coordinator)

• Lead Oracle EBS rollout projects (wave-based / phased deployments).
• Define scope timelines and rollout strategy aligned with global template.
• Manage project plan resources risks and budget.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and localization/statutory requirements.
• Coordinate across business IT and vendor teams (global & local).
• Oversee SIT UAT data migration cutover and go-live activities.
• Track progress maintain RAID logs and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Prepare status reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle methodologies (AIM/OUM) and governance.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support.
• Overall responsibility for discovery produce white paper.
• Ensure project governance is adhered to all sign offs are received and stage gate deliverables are completed throughout project.
• Responsible for agreeing delivery timelines and plan.
• Report status and escalate any issues to Steering Group on a regular basis.
• Responsible for phase planning and delivery.
• Maintain MS Project Plan.
• Admin QAC.
• Update Test Strategy.
• Responsible for all SIT UAT testing logistics reporting and sign offs.
• Facilitate stage gates and update of minutes.

Skills & Experience

• 5-12 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementations/rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of EBS modules (Finance SCM Procurement etc.).
• Experience in global template-based rollout projects.
• Hands-on experience in project tracking coordination and reporting.
• Good understanding of data migration and cutover processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project Excel Jira or similar tools.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelors degree in IT Business Finance or related field.
• PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred).
