What will you do
Technology Delivery
You will lead the charge in aligning key technology deliverables with product and vendor teams to ensure clarity and shared ownership.
You will keep us ahead of the curve by tracking dependencies and risks early keeping projects on-time and on-budget.
You will own Statement-of-Work adherence change requests and milestone closures with precision and accountability.
You will provide actionable insights to leadership by analyzing delivery status surface insights to leadership and drive risk-mitigation actions proactively.
You will coordinate roll-outs across product business ops and tech making every launch smooth and scalable.
You will continuously improve delivery frameworks tools and processes for greater efficiency
Technology Team Building
You will understand and leverage team strengths address gaps and nurture a high-performing delivery culture.
You will build trusted partnerships with vendors tech leads and business stakeholders.
You will influence ways of working by rolling out agile practices tracking adoption and driving collaboration.
