About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager who is client-focused results-driven and skilled in communication and negotiation within an IT solutions environment.
You will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in peninsular Malaysia and working with channel partners drive sales growth and achieve targets aligned with the Companys objectives. This role involves leading the full sales cycle working closely with internal teams and building strong client relationships.
You will identify opportunities and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet both immediate and long-term client needs contributing to sustainable business growth.
The key responsibilities include:
sales results: Working with internal resources to develop sector plans create new leads and sales growth for the assigned sales sectors
customer acquisition: To sign up new customers from the assigned sectors/industries.
customer & partner relationships: To initiate and maintain customers and partners relationship and mindshare for Esri Malaysia and its related solutions.
About You
We are on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships and be eager to leverage their exceptional communication skills to drive our broader business goals forward. You will be successful if you have:
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- 5 to 7 years of working experience in IT enterprise solution sales with proven track record.
- Proactive aggressive reliable and able to work independently.
- Experience in managing government customers is an added advantage but not compulsory if you can manage IT partners effectively.
- Ability to gain and grow customers & partners trust.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle sales cycle from lead generation sales reporting pipeline management to tender bidding.
- Experience in key account management is an added advantage.
- Requires regular monthly outstation travel.
