Automotive Service Manager

Position Overview

Jones Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department in Lancaster Pennsylvania. This role is critical to ensuring efficient operations developing high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership operational expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Lead coach and develop a team of service advisors technicians and support staff
• Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction quality workmanship and timely service
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Implement processes that drive profitability efficiency and customer retention
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Collaborate with sales parts and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service management preferably within a dealership environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
