This role is critical to ensuring efficient operations developing high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
Lead coach and develop a team of service advisors technicians and support staff
Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction quality workmanship and timely service
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Implement processes that drive profitability efficiency and customer retention
Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
Collaborate with sales parts and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive service management preferably within a dealership environment
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Solid understanding of automotive repair processes parts and industry standards
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
