Swedish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Swedish-speaking Outbound Sales Specialist to join an international team supporting customers across European markets. This role focuses on reconnecting with previous customers presenting suitable subscription options and ensuring a smooth customer experience through outbound communication.

You will be part of a multilingual team in a fast-paced environment where strong communication skills and customer focus are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to former or inactive customers via outbound calls to rebuild engagement
• Understand customer needs and address concerns that may have led to service cancellation
• Present available plans delivery options and product features in a clear and professional manner
• Communicate with customers via phone email and chat

Requirements:

• Swedish language proficiency (spoken and written) - C2 level
• English language proficiency - minimum B2 level
• Previous experience in sales or interest in sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to build trust
• Availability to work rotational shifts

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts with an additional lunch break
• Rotational schedule between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday
• Saturday shifts included on rotation

Salary & Benefits:

• Sign-on Bonus: 1500 gross
• Monthly gross salary starting from approximately 1635 EUR (without accommodation)

or 1369 EUR (with company-provided accommodation)

• Additional meal allowance provided monthly
• Holiday and seasonal bonuses included in the monthly compensation structure
