Position Overview:
Were looking for anAssociate Media Managerto lead tactical campaign development and execution across global brand-media within the Performance Marketing center of excellence.This individualwill be a subject matter experton digital mediabest practices across a diversified channel mixand areresponsible forplanning buildingoptimizingand reporting oncampaigns for supported brands & paid media channels.The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple clients witha focus on driving performance and ROI to meet the brand goals.
We are looking for an individual with a growth mindsetwith deep functional knowledge and proficiency in core digital media channels specificallypaid search paid social online video and programmatic display.

Essential Functions:
Strategic Development:
Assists in the strategicdevelopment of assigned channel(s) including participation in ideation sessions channelroad-mapping quarterly paid media executive summaries and assisting withforecastinginputs.
Meet with channel vendors and agency partners to ensure we are up to date on platform best practices new features & tests andmonitoringperformance relative to our industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingbrand & digitalmarketing analyticsandcreativeto align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Provides proactive tactical optimization recommendations for assigned channel(s)
Campaign Execution:
Deliver operational excellence ensuring our paid media programsare meetingbest practice standards with flawless media execution and management.
Handles campaign setup and execution for assigned channel(s) including campaign buildingbudget pacingcreative trafficking and A/B testimplementation.
Own media optimization using data-driven insights to deliver against defined KPIs.
Responsible forliaisingwith creative/marketing teams and external agency partners for asset hand-off.
Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance metrics generate reports and provide insights to inform actionable data-driven decisions and continuous optimization.
Responsible for providing frequent pacing and performance updates for assigned channel(s) including data review and insights generation for recurring reporting deliverables.
Diversityofthought and experiencesisfundamental whenimaginingthe unimaginable.Certain skillsets/experiencesare necessary;howeverothers can be developedalong the way.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of3-5 yearsinadvertising media management and/or media buying; experience in paid search with hands-on executional experience in planning and running large-scale campaigns across Google Bing Programmaticand Meta(agency experience preferred).
Multi-channel planning or activation experiencerecommended butnot required.
Experiencedesigning setting up and analyzing results for A/B tests.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Detailed oriented organized and ability to multi-task.
Creative thinking and problem-solvingabilities.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid (3x per week in office)
Theanticipatedpay range for this position is$ actual base pay offeredwillvary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skillsrelevantexperience business needsandgeographic addition to base pay this positioniseligible foran annual discretionarybonus.
