Pariveda is seeking a Junior Analytics Engineer in its Internal IT department to play a key role in developing and maintaining Parivedas enterprise data and this role you will work with business leaders to create solutions that improve visibility into Parivedas operations so informed decisions are made.

You Can Expect To:
As a Junior Analytics Engineer you can expect to:
Design develop maintain and troubleshoot new and existing reports and metrics using Qlik Cloud
Design and implement new features and enhancements to the existing ETL routines responsible for loading data from the sources systems into the Data Warehouse and Data Lake
Model and manipulate data to be consumed by the Data Warehouse Data Lake and Qlik Cloud
Use Workato (iPaaS tool) to create and maintain integrations and automations across our enterprise systems
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and vision collecting and analyzing requirements and adapting as needed to shifting business demands
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions to meet the business objectives
After gaining some experience at Pariveda create and present findings solutions and demos to audiences including senior executives and stakeholders

We Look For:
A successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:
Experience with:
Snowflake Microsoft SQL Server and/or relational databases
Visualization tools to create dashboards for business decision making
AWS Lambda S3/Apache Iceberg and Cloud Formation or comparable Azure services
Object-oriented programming (e.g. Python Typescript or Java)
Data access through APIs
Solution design and development using BI theories & best practices
Qlik data warehousing and/or DevOps (Git CI/CD) is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong command of ratios and proportions
Ability to be a self-starter and learn new systems
Innate curiosity to learn solve problems think creatively and adapt to new challenges
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written
Bachelors Degree in MIS Computer Science Math Engineering or comparable experience
Fluency in English is required for effective communication with US-based colleagues
